I wrap my arms around my bag and laugh to myself. The smelly man beside me combined with the elevated noise of the crowd brings back memories. 

Truly, a place like this shouldn’t make me anxious; it should feel like home. But I suppose it’s to be expected – even the place I call home once terrified me.
